Hi there, I’m Jensen!

I’m a Certified Personal Trainer in Collingwood, Ontario, with 8 years of coaching experience. I specialize in private training for adults over 50, helping you build strength, mobility and independence through functional training.

I know that returning to fitness later in life can be intimidating. That’s why I focus on personalized care and proper technique - so you feel confident, supported, and free to enjoy your favourite activities without fear of setbacks.

You can join me at my private fitness studio for in-person training, or I can bring the workout to you with mobile, in-home sessions tailored to your individual needs.

Progress After Just 30 Days
