Hi there, I’m Jensen!

I’m a Certified Personal Trainer in Collingwood, Ontario, Canada. I specialize in functional fitness exercises and equipment to help clients get stronger, improve their posture, change their body composition and lose weight, eliminate chronic joint pain and have more energy and confidence in their daily lives!

My personal training sessions are exclusively one-on-one in a private fitness studio.

I have also created a searchable functional fitness exercise database in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, which helps other personal trainers and fitness coaches organize their exercises for program design.

Progress After 30 Days
