Private Personal Training Studio


Located in Collingwood, Ontario, the Strength to Overcome private gym studio is an indoor/outdoor hybrid fitness facility owned and operated by Certified Personal Trainer, Jensen Van Diepen.

The indoor space is ideal for one-on-one personal training sessions during the winter months; in the spring, summer, and fall the outdoor gym space is a tranquil space to enjoy the sunshine and fresh air while you work through your workouts with the trainer.


Key Features:

  • is a more intimate and comfortable training environment than a large commercial gym, which can be busy and more intimidating to some

  • studio has everything you need to build a strong, functional body - barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, suspension trainer (TRX), olympic rings, medicine balls, stability ball, battle ropes, etc.

  • you will be provided a personalized and structured fitness program that will be tracked using a personal training fitness app

  • proper exercise technique will be demonstrated and analyzed to keep you injury free and have confidence in your training

  • progress will be analyzed on a monthly basis with measurements and progress photos to ensure you stay on track and reach your fitness goals


Training Packages Available

  • 5 sessions/week. This package can be split between 2 people (husband/wife, friends, etc.)

  • 3 sessions/week

  • 2 sessions/week


I am available for personal training sessions from 9 A.M. to 5 P.M. Monday to Friday. I also offer a free complimentary session/consultation to see if it would be a good fit for you.
