Hi there, I’m Jensen!

I’m a Certified Personal Trainer in Collingwood, Ontario, Canada. I have 8 years of coaching experience and specialize in helping adults over 50 improve their strength, mobility and independence through fuctional strength training. My focus is on safe, effective techniques that keep you active, confident, and less at risk of injury or falls.

Join me at my private fitness studio for in-person connection and guidance.

I also offer in-home mobile personal training as a solution for clients who have a home gym or are unable to visit the studio due to physical restrictions.

As a side project, I have created a searchable functional fitness exercise database in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, which is used by 20,000+ personal trainers and fitness coaches to help organize their exercises for program design. It is featured as a top resource for the personal training industry.

Progress After Just 30 Days
