Hi there, I’m Jensen!

I’m a Certified Personal Trainer in Collingwood, Ontario, Canada. I have 8 years of coaching experience and specialize in helping clients above the age of 50 improve strength & mobility with reduced joint pain. I help provide the accountability and structure needed to ensure that you succeed with your current fitness goals.

My training sessions are performed in-person and are exclusively one-on-one at my private fitness studio.

I also offer in-home mobile personal training as a solution for clients who have a home gym or are unable to visit the studio due to physical restrictions.

MOVEMENT is MEDICINE

As a side project, I have created a searchable functional fitness exercise database in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, which is used by 20,000+ personal trainers and fitness coaches to help organize their exercises for program design. It is featured as a top resource for the personal training industry.

Progress After 30 Days
