Hi there, I’m Jensen!

I’m a Certified Personal Trainer in Collingwood, Ontario, with eight years of coaching experience. I specialize in active aging, helping adults over 50 build strength, mobility and balance for a longer healthspan.

Through functional training and personalized care, I support you in maintaining independence and enjoying your favourite activities with a lasting quality of life.

Train with me at my private fitness studio or mobile, in-home sessions for your convenience.
