Virtual Training

Can’t train with me in person at the studio? No problem. My virtual personal training program provides expert coaching, accountability, and a customized workout program created with your experience and fitness equipment available in mind. Workouts are performed at the comfort of your own home or gym.

What’s Included?

Live Coaching - We will train together via FaceTime, Google Meet, or Zoom where I can track your workouts and keep an eye on your technique and make corrections if needed. This is ideal if you need a little accountability and guidance with form.

Customized Workout Programs - My workout programs are tailored to your fitness goals, experience and equipment that you have available.

Progress Tracking - Your workouts and results will be tracked via a personal training app. We can monitor your strength improvement, body composition and progress photos each month.

Convenience - We can work with what you have at home, and you don’t have to worry about anyone judging your workouts while you work towards your goals.
